Project/Program Management: Organizations that have good project and program management procedures in place can make better decisions, enable innovation, raise confidence, solve difficult problems and provide long-lasting results. Transformation of complex systems requires strategy, efficiency, and effective management of resources and costs. We help develop plans to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Public Policy: A public policy agenda should specifically outline legislative or regulatory goals, desired timelines, and steps to address these goals. Receive assistance identifying strategies for developing, advancing, communicating, and operationalizing policy goals that would for example, increase community resources, establish equity, advance racial justice, and promote interventions based on prevention and the expansion/restoration of opportunity. Fundraising: Building a fundraising plan does not need to be difficult or even lofty, but it is necessary to support an organization’s or social justice project’s ability to change the world, its neighborhood, or whatever the goal. A comprehensive plan includes determining priorities; assessing and determining fundraising benchmarks; detailing fund development methods; identifying roles and responsibilities; and creating a schedule. Receive assistance with creating a fundraising plan that is manageable, realistic, and achievable. Community Organizing: Transformational movements are achieved when the movement’s purpose is clear, campaigns (call to actions) within them are structured with concrete goals, and strategic plans are comprehensive. Plans must include community assessments; outreach and engagement strategy; goal setting; strategic direct actions; and power building opportunities.
